Crews are comprised of competent male and female craftsmen. Each crew member is trained and certified in at least two areas of the construction as well as custodian trades (plumbing, electrical, hvac, masonry, carpentry, landscaping, welding, floor & wall covering, pressure washing, painting, cleaning, pest control...).  All crew members are properly trained and oriented in Occupational Health Safety Environment, First Aid, and Communication with a focus on Customer Service.  Craftsmen are also fully uniformed at all times with identification badges to prove association with CALEB.  In addition, our office will use appropriate media to inform the Client of the crew member(s) mobilized for their service.

A superintendent is assigned to each zone, and is responsible for quality assurance.
